Conduct a multidisciplinary comprehensive study covering aspects of behavior and cognitive functions, clinical and pharmacological therapy and social support of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and addictions in conflict settings. To develop a medical-pharmaceutical algorithm for detecting changes in the physiological systems of patients with PTSD and their pharmacological correction. This algorithm integrates clinical therapy, psychosocial support and psychotherapy to improve symptoms, support survivors and promote their recovery.
1. Study of the structure and nature of PTSD in different age groups of patients undergoing treatment and rehabilitation in health care institutions. 2. Study of comorbid conditions associated with PTSD with the level of dependence. 3. Conducting marketing research. 4. Expert assessment of the availability of pharmaceutical supplies. 5. Development of an experimental model of the impact of PTSD on patients. 6. Research of social, humanitarian changes in the psycho-emotional state. 7. Clinical and pharmacological studies of drugs for the treatment of PTSD. 8. Study of pharmacotherapy schemes: ABC/VEN, ABC/VED – analysis and substantiation of the composition of new drugs. 9. The search for effective methods of correction of detected violations in PTSD. 10. Development of a multimodal algorithm for detecting changes in the organs and systems of patients under the influence of PTSD and means of its therapeutic correction. 11. Organizational and legal studies of the circulation of drugs for the pharmacotherapy of PTSD. 12. Classification and legal studies of the circulation of drugs for the pharmacotherapy of PTSD. 13. Nomenclature-legal studies of the circulation of drugs for the pharmacotherapy of PTSD. 14. Normative measures to improve medico-pharmaceutical care and availability of medicines for different contingents of patients with PTSD.
